Iceland is a Nordic island country in the North Atlantic Ocean. With a population of 332,529 and an area of 103,000 square kilometres, it is the most sparsely populated country in Europe. The scenic beauty of the country can amaze anyone.

Another exclusivity of the country is its geysers.Due to the high rate of volcanic activity in Iceland, it is home to some famous geysers of the world.Geysers and hot springs are distributed all over the island. Geysers are the springs characterised by intermittent discharge of water ejected from the earth and accompanied by steam.
