Food or poison?

Starting from school children to adults, mouth watering local chotpoti-fuchka, bhelpuri, jhal-muri, chanachur makha, spicy-saucy colourful achar (pickles) never fail to attract the tongue, these be the celebrities of street food. A latest government study, however, found that street food sold in front of schools in Dhaka exposes public health to serious risk, as they contain harmful aerobic bacteria, coliform, escherichia coli, salmonella and other harmful bacteria, which is a grave issue that almost shook the nation.
